 "Your job is to learn"
These are the words I found myself saying to a team member this month. We had been talking about the various IT tasks required in his (non-IT) job. Many of them were new to him and at one point he uttered the words:
"Well the problem is I am not a Computer Science Major" I had to laugh....
Funnily enough I am not a Computer Science Major either. But I can build you a website in an hour, set up a podcast from scratch and manage a large global online training company.
