We are living in amazing and challenging times. All over the world, change is happening at unprecedented rates. Long-standing approaches in community, business, and government are no longer working, yet new paradigms and models for leadership have not yet crystalized in the mainstream consciousness.
As transformational leaders and coaches, we have the opportunity to help shape new paradigms of community, business, society, and government—to become stewards for dynamic, productive, constructive new realities that serve a greater good. However, transformation requires new approaches, new ways of thinking, and fundamental shifts in perception. And that’s what the ICA Transformational Leadership Coaching Group is all about.
Join Alan Seale and David Robinson once a month for an hour of rich, informative, and illuminating discussion around what it takes to be a transformational leader and coach. Each call will begin with a welcome to the group and a brief introduction of the call’s topic in order to set the context. Alan and David will share their thoughts and have a short dialogue on the topic and then open it to the group for discussion. We invite group members to suggest topics or questions that you would like to be addressed on the calls.
In addition, the online forum provides an opportunity for community, sharing ideas, posting questions and receiving responses, and networking with others around the world who are committed to doing transformational work.

I just returned from another amazing week working with the incredible educators in Hastings, NE. Courageous change agents dedicated to learning and developing true power in every member of the learning community.
Just back from a great week of teaching Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching in Sweden. Stockholm is such a beautiful city. Looking forward to joining all of you on our next call in a couple of weeks!

I just completed 2 days of conversation and training about story, leadership and system’s change. The wolf made an appearance and we learned to embrace it! I look forward to bringing new insights and experiences to our next call!
