Our coaches discuss the commonly asked 'what is coaching' question and share ICA’s checklist for what it takes to be a successful coach. During this call our presenters will demonstrate coaching skills from ICA’s Certified Professional Coach Program curriculum. You will have the opportunity to participate or just sit back and take notes.

CLASS 2: Discover Your Niche & Meet Our Coaches
To niche or not to niche? It’s a common question and one that our team will explore with you. Discussion will centre around your experiences in life, how you plan to use coaching and the opportunities for niched professionals in the coaching industry.
On this call we hold a round table discussion with ICA’s coaches as they discuss their experiences with coach training, online learning, and the ICA community. This includes staff, students or graduates. Again, a great opportunity to ask questions.

About Merci Miglino

Lifestyle entrepreneur, author and life coach Merci Miglino is former teacher, reporter, communications director and campaign manager. Merci is an alumni of ICA and now manages a successful practice as a life coach and is a Certified Professional Coach who regularly appears on TV, in print on the web. |
About Nick Bosk
 |
With a background in mental health, Nick has built a coaching practice in the area of Stress Management. Working with a diversity of clients from stay at home moms to executives, Nick combines the coaching skills he learned as a graduate of ICA’s CPCP program with his experience in rehabilitation, burnout, and anxiety disorders. Nick is passionate about developing new coaches as Community Relations Manager at ICA. |
