I was feeling rather tired last Monday morning – not a great space to be in at the start of the week. I decided that instead of going to the gym I would take a walk through the park in the early morning sun. I walked through the streets at 7.30am finally arriving at the park. As I entered the gates I instantly entered an amazing space. The park was full of people of all ages, but mostly retired older people, who were exercising. There must have been hundreds of people.
