What is a Diversity Coach?
A diversity coach is someone who either works on a one on one basis to help individuals deal with a wide range of issues of difference (racial, cultural, gender or sexual orientation) or works with people within companies to assist staff with relocation, company mergers and acqusitions and general corporeate culture development.
Is Diversity Coaching For Me?
If you have traveled extensively or have a unique perspective of a culture and you can share and explain that perspective and help people understand and deal with differences, then diversity coaching could be for you. Use your experience of living in a particular country, interacting in a particular culture and/or dealing with change - (mergers and acquisitions) to help others.
