Coach Training Teleclasses (90 hours)
Our teleclasses offer an in-depth understanding of coaching principals and the coaching process. Our reading materials and your participation through our online forum also
support you in developing skills and techniques required to be an exceptional coach.

Peer Coaching
To fully experience coaching and to be guided and mentored in the early stages of your training, you will have the opportunity to coach and be coached. Your coaches will be advanced students and the coaching will consist of a total of 24 coaching sessions with at least 50 percent of the contact by telephone. The opportunity to be coached and to provide coaching yourself in the Peer Program enables you to put your theory into practice from Day 1. Throughout the program you will coach 5 peer clients, both internal and external, for a total of 60 sessions.
