This year for the first time we are publishing the three separate ICA Graduate Yearbooks to represent the different language and country programs we run. Each Yearbook features our graduates showcasing their amazing body of work including their Power Tool, Coaching Model and Coaching Research Paper. This year book is a fantastic resource for new and existing coaches and is exclusive to International Coach Academy.

The ICA Power Tools are legendary, and with every student that graduates we get a new addition to the Power Tools Library.
Coaching Models
No two clients are the same, and no two coaching contexts are the same. That’s why every student at ICA designs their own unique Coaching Model.
Research Papers
We expect a lot from our coaches, not only do we require them to coach at a high standard of competence, but also we ask that they really dig deep into a particular areas that either intersects with, or integrates with coaching.
