International Coach Academy is a global coach training school.

We have coach trainers from all over the world which gives the school a truly unique and inclusive culture.  As a student at International Coach Academy you will meet coaches from all over the world forging lifelong professional networks and friendships.

Coaching Classes are run via Teleclass and students dial into a bridge line to join their coach training class.  Classes are scheduled at times that are convenient all around the world.

Students meet virtually in our forums and on Teleclasses but also from time to time organize physical meet-ups around the world and of course many off us get to meet at the annual International Coach Federation conference.

In 2006 International Coach Academy opened its doors in China and we now run the complete certified coaching program in Chinese.

If you speak Spanish, french or Portuguese you can take coach training classes in English but submit your coaching papers in your native language for assessment and practice your coaching with other coaches that speak your language.

So the answer to the question where do we train is EVERYWHERE – become a coach from your office or from your bed, in English, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish or French – we don’t mind and believe that it is this very diversity that enriches the sharing and learning experience.

For its flexibility and user-friendliness I choose ICA over a number of resident programmes in the US. Although at the beginning I had doubts I would learn too much at an online coaching course, I started my classes and the community quickly grew on me and now I am a fan (honestly!). The global community helps me tremendously in developing a quality network. And I find the exchange of ideas at classes invaluable.
