Sandra Seibert, Founder of Joyful Growth Coach, a coaching service with a spiritual approach that comes from the heart.  She completed her coach training program with ICA in March 2012 and has been accredited through the International Coach Foundation.

Her professional education includes more than 11 years serving as an educationist and systemic counselor in German youth welfare departments as well as teaching in daycare/preschool environments. She has worked with children ranging in age 3-15 years. Her work in youth services included supporting, guiding and counseling parents of children 7-14 years old who displayed behavioral problems in different areas of their life.  She has also given parenting seminars at the German Language School in Bloomfield, Michigan.

Sandra’s life experience has led her to self-exploration and self-development, ultimately supporting her own joyful change and growth as a woman, mother and expatriate spouse.  She has lived in three different countries and traveled to many other countries throughout the world, which has given her a strong appreciation for multicultural differences.  Sandra will be traveling again soon as she and her family are moving to Germany next month, where she will establish local coaching opportunities as well as continuing to develop her international practice.

Sandra recently joined and is an Associate Coach at Youth Coach Global, founded by International Parenting & Youth Coach, Rob Stringer, BA, BEd, CPC (another ICA graduate!).
