Cyntha rides a Harley-Davidson. Melvin came all the way from Malyasia. Jane works with rap singers. Ofra ran a successful beauty business, Donna is passionate about food and a healthy life, Michelle is a nurse ‘gone’ good. Mirelle brought her lovely daughter, and Andrea, well, Andrea, has 3 gorgeous children, and is planning on seminary school in the near future.
“It was beyond exciting,” says ICA host, trainer and business coach. “We talked so much and made so many connections and experiences – the evening went on for 3 hours and we could have stayed all night! What a pleasure to host this gathering of eclectic and incredible coaches.”
Ten coaches met up at the Odeon, a landmark bar and restaurant which defined NYC in the ‘80s. (You might recognize their neon-lit sign in the opening credits of old Saturday Night Live reruns or on the cover of Jay McInerney’s novel, Bright Lights, Big City about time in, and escaping from New York City’s fast lane mid-1980s.)
Enjoying the tuna burgers, goat cheese salad, french fries, and warm custard Brioche pudding, (and the signature Cosmopolitans and tasty NYC tap water) were Andrea Winzer, Michelle Lords, Jane Katz, Donna of Manhattan, Ofra Kaplan of Long Island, Mirelle Bassil of Queens, and Cynthia Miller from the Washington, DC area.
