Jaya Bhateja is a Learning & Development & HR professional working for a multinational organization based out of India. So far in her career, she has been closely involved with social interactions and psychology through HR roles and has extensively worked in areas like learning & development, employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.

Last year, Jaya decided to join ICA. Her inner-self was continuously driving her to search a profession which aligns with her strengths and passion.  Coaching was the response to that drive. She decided to become a coach in order to search herself first so that she can support other people in their life journey. She has completed 60 hours of coaching with several senior people and supported them in progression of their life.

In her leisure time she enjoys reading books, listening to music, traveling ,meeting old friends and connecting with new people. She can be contacted for networking, learning & coaching interventions.

Jaya’s article Power of Acknowledgement in Coaching has been published at the Library of Professional Coaching website and is also featured here on our ICA blog.  You can learn more about Jaya at http://jayabhateja.wordpress.com.
