Kathy Munoz, PCC is a Trainer and the Head of Coaching Groups here at ICA.  As if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, she shares her wisdom and experience through writing, healing, and hitting the airwaves!

Kathy’s academic background is in Legal Studies. Her learning path and career transition from legal work to coaching is her “dream come true.”  She received her coach certification from the International Coach Academy and went on to become a successful business owner.  Kathy also works in the executive offices of Ford Motor Company, supporting the Executive Chairman’s office and the HR function relation to professional development coaching and training.

Her credentials include a PCC from the International Coach Federation, a CMC from the Behavioral Coaching Institute, and a certification in the ground-breaking Wellness Inventory program. Kathy is a Reiki Master, receiving her MRT from the International Reiki Institute, and she offers training classes around the world for coaches interested in adding the healing modality to their coaching practices.  She also hosts an internet radio program, Kathy’s Place, where she shares 15 minutes of tools and tips to support a balanced and fulfilled life.

Kathy is currently in the final stages of writing her book entitled:  IMPELLED:  What I learned along the Way.  In it, she shares life lessons based on personal and professional experiences and coaching tips, tools and resources for living your best life.  Look for it to be released in late summer and early fall of 2012.
