Bronwyn is an experienced businesswoman, company director, manager, coach, trainer and facilitator who has worked with companies to support them in meeting their challenges over many years. She has a strong understanding both of business principles and adult learning principles. This together with her deep knowledge and experience of the coaching process make her a powerful agent of change.

Bronwyn knows what it takes to manage a company or a business unit and have it produce a result. She knows what it takes to manage a team, whether it be a virtual one or a national one. She is skilled at managing start up companies, selecting staff, designing competency based coaching and or training programs. She has been an internal consultant and an external consultant in areas of change management.

Bronwyn now heads up a virtual team of over 30 people around the world She is passionate about the use of coaching as a management style and her success at ICA is testament to that. She also has a keen sense for business development and is currently overseeing ICA's next stage of development and growth.

Robyn Logan is the Founding Director of International Coach Academy (ICA).

She has a Masters of Education (online learning) and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Change Management. She is currently the ICA Strategy Director, responsible for strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives and IT development.

Prior to founding ICA, Robyn spent more than ten years in education and training in both teaching and leadership roles including managing a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). She later founded and operated a successful multimedia and business planning consultancy (Logan Strategic). Her clients included arts-based not-for-profits, universities and training institutions, peak bodies and multinational companies such as Holden and Kodak.
Robyn is an experienced coach of more than 15 years standing.

With over 25 years of experience and expertise in business management, financial planning, and higher education, Karen brings a broad-based background to ICA.

Karen has been president of a privately held semi-conductor manufacturing firm as well as a university educator and administrator. In every area of her business and life, Karen's passion for communication, coaching, and learning is evident. She has had a lifetime commitment to competency-based training and learning, and holds the prestigious designation of Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator, being one of only 6 people in the world with this achievement.

With her exuberant style and her commitment to living by her own values, vision and purpose, Karen is a role model for other coaches and business leaders. She is the type of leader who inspires others to achieve their best success, and is known for her highly solution-oriented approach and her ability to celebrate learning at every opportunity.

Sally has her beginnings in the hospitality industry. After graduating from one of Melbourne's premiere Hospitality schools she went on to hold a range of management positions in 5 star hotels. Although no longer in hospitality and catering, the industry left her with exceptional standards and expectations when it comes to customer service. Consequently ICA is proud to be one of the world's best at student support and follow up

Sally now heads up Operations and is responsible for making sure that everything works as it should, when it should, 24 hours a day. She is also responsible for ensuring that our student's experience at ICA is one they never forget.



Dennis Griffin - Business Manager

In his roles as Business Manager , Dennis is responsible for managing the ICA sales team, and forming strategic alliances/partnerships across the world.

Dennis leads the ICA weekly information call: he has been involved in the field of coaching and personal development for over 15 years, so this is a great opportunity for people to come and have all their questions answered about coaching.

Kurt Stewart - Internal Development

Originally from California, Kurt has spent over 25 years living and working abroad in Europe as a trainer and educator.

Before joining ICA, Kurt worked as a consultant in Paris where he designed language training programs for French and multinational companies such as Électricité de France and Coca-Cola. Later he moved to Portugal to start his own successful business, Eurythmia Internacional, a language training company.

He lectures in communication and writing at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa where he also established and directed his department?s Erasmus program for international exchange.

Kurt is a recent graduate of ICA and specializes in presentation and public speaking coaching for executives using English as their second language.

In his role as ICA?s project manager for International Development, Kurt is dedicated to bringing ICA training into local markets across the globe.

Julie has worked in the administration field for many years as a secretary, personal assistant and administration officer. Her MYOB skills are legendary (well within ICA anyway!) as is her ability to keep all the bits and pieces together. Julie joined ICA in 2002 and has become a very integral team player.

Jim’s approach to executive and leadership development coaching is informed by over 25 years experience in corporate human resources development including leadership roles in management assessment, succession planning, leadership training, organization development and executive career management.

Jim's passion is in coaching individuals to proactively learn from job challenges in real time as a key developmental strategy for improving performance; and he brings particular strengths in coaching around the emotional intelligence issues of leadership development.

His professional coach training has included The Executive Program, an executive coaching and development program; the Business Coaching Program of B-Coach Systems; and Corporate Coach University. In addition he has completed leadership development coaching certification with Right Management Consultants. He is a certified Virtual CEO Solutions Provider, and is qualified with multiple leadership assessment instruments including DISC, FIRO-B, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, 360-degree Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, and MBTI.

Jim earned an M.A. in Human Resources Development and a B.A. with major emphasis in Counseling, both from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He earned Lifetime Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. With more than 20 years progressive experience in the career transition field encompassing career development, coaching, counseling, relocation, and work/life areas, Joanne coaches baby boomers who don't know what they want to do when they grow up and/or assists them in planning their retirement as well as providing mentor coaching and training for retirement and career coaches.

Joanne has her own coaching practice- New Perspective Coaching (http://www.newperspectivecoaching.com). Currently Joanne also enjoys training other life coaches as a Teleclass Leader for International Coach Academy and serves as the Director of Training for Retirement Options, training coaches to use a non-financial retirement assessment that looks at the 15 factors necessary for a successful retirement. In addition, Joanne offers training courses and mentoring for coaches in the career and retirement niches.

Joanne worked as a Senior Consultant for The Impact Group, a leading career/life consulting firm. Over the years, Joanne has served as a consultant to many companies in the process of downsizing and /or relocating and worked with professionals at a number of Fortune 500 companies including Monsanto, AT&T, General Motors, McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) and Chrysler Corporation.

Joanne has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the St. Louis Post Dispatch on career and transition issues. The Post Dispatch has published many of her articles on career and work/life transition. In July 2002, Joanne started writing a coaching column for the St. Louis Post Dispatch, which is published every other month in West County Trends, she writes monthly for the Post Employment Section and authors a quarterly article for them as well on retirement coaching. A history of designing and presenting seminars and workshops on coaching, assertiveness training, job search, career development, work/life, retirement and relocation, enhances her broad depth of experience.

Originally coming from an art and design education background with a major in sculpture, Laurene has melded a career of practicing artist, small business owner, workplace trainer, designer and educator in Australia and Japan.

In 2004 Laurene completed her doctoral research into the experience of creative practice. Since 1995 she has been a lecturer and research supervisor at RMIT University in Melbourne and Australia working with students on creative and workplace change projects.

Throughout her career Laurene has been coaching people; either in education or workplace settings and in 2001 formalized her commitment to the practice of coaching by undertaking the PCCP coaching program at ICA and in establishing her own coaching practice 'Look See Hear' http://www.lookseehear.com

Laurene specializes in professional and project coaching, as well as academic coaching using an 'active reflection' methodology.



Isabelle King

Isabelle King

As a Coach since 2001, Isabelle King, CPCC, works mainly with educators (parents, teachers, Principals), and mompreneurs (women who are also moms) looking at making the leap from employed to self employed.

She is a graduate of the ICA PCC program and has been leading teleclasses for ICA since April 2002. Isabelle holds a Special Care Counseling diploma, a Teaching degree and is a Certified teleclass Leader.

In addition to being a coach, Isabelle is the proud mother of three. She resides in a suburb of Toronto, Canada. She enjoys coaching in English as well as in French, her first language



Angela Bird - B.Sc. (Psychology)

Angela already has a lifetime of achievement well beyond her years in the field of supporting people and business through change and transformation. Her coaching is grounded in the field of Psychology with a B.Sc. (Psychology) from the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra, a Certificate in Coaching Psychology from University of Sydney , Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (I), and a Certificate IV Assessment and Training. Angela is also qualified in the use of several personal assessment tools including the 360 degree assessments (MLQ).

This theoretical foundation of human behaviour, combined with 25 years of personal business experience, combined with a strong grounding in the coaching process, has placed Angela, in a unique position as a coach. Many coaches come to coaching with either a business OR a helping profession background, Angela has both!

Angela is both an advocate and driver of the development of coaching /psychology practice, and currently holds executive positions on several Australian Psychological Society committees at both the national and state levels. She is a business mentor for the Queensland Government "mentoring for growth" program and an active member of both the Reputation Institute in Belgium and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Angela is also an inspiring speaker who is frequently asked to speaking at a variety of events. Her most recent being at the University of Queensland, School of Psychology, to PhD and Masters Students on "Coaching vs Therapy".



Merci Miglino

Merci Miglino

Educated as a teacher and working as a journalist, paralegal, communications director and campaign manager, Merci Miglino has also been on the front lines of the retail, hospitality and advertising industries. Armed with this background Merci is also a noted speaker, trainer and career coach and has written a book, From Doormat to Diva© Taking Center Stage in your life.

Merci conducts training and facilitation for numerous organizations including the New York State Core Collaboration (team building, leadership), New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute (written and verbal communication, project and time management) NYS Civil Service Employee Association (self esteem, leadership, empowerment), SUNY ALBANY, NY and the NYS Capital District Employee Assistance Programs (time and stress management).

She is the former Chair of the International Coach Federation’s Public Relations Committee and Leader for the Albany, NY Chapter. She is the Managing Director for the Capital District eWomen Network Chapter. her professional associations include American Society of Training and Development and the Business and Professional Women.

Merci appears regularly on the local Albany, NY NBC-TV affiliate news. She has received both local and national electronic and print press including the Wall Street Journal.

Merci’s style mixes education with entertainment to share insight and inspiration for life and business changing impact. Merci lives in Albany, NY with her husband and daughter.



Sheri Boone, CLC, MCC

Sheri is a Master Certified Coach, a Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator, trainer, workshop leader, and a principal in her leadership development company, Inspired Mastery. (http://www.inspiredmastery.com) Prior to coaching, her diverse background included business development and management, healthcare management, and restaurant ownership. She is also proud to be a highly successful parent and grandparent.

Now coaching for eight years, Sheri magnificently supports all of her clients and students through a completely accepting and acknowledging style. Her expert facilitation provides a perfect space for insight and learning.

Sheri lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States with her husband of 35 years.

Barbara is passionate about helping creative individuals (and those with Attention Deficit Traits) to develop their strengths, break through old belief systems, design environments to support successful actions, and enjoy their results.

Before coaching, Barbara had 20 years experience in the academic, corporate, and consulting worlds as a trainer, writer, and project manager in a variety of industries – banking, insurance, manufacturing, and health care. In one instance, she successfully rescued a floundering multi-million dollar online information project for Bank One.

Professionally, Barbara has completed more than 500 hours of coach training and is a graduate of Coach U, Corporate Coach U, and the Optimal Functioning Institute for ADD Coaches. Corporate Coach U has awarded Barbara the Advanced Certified Corporate Business Coach designation. Currently, she is studying how to integrate methods from energy psychology into her coaching practice.

Since 1996, Barbara has trained over 3,000 coaches as a faculty member for four coach training programs, and she’s logged more than 5,000 hours of individual and group coaching. She founded her company, Wind Beneath Your Wings, to coach professionals, entrepreneurs, creative types, and other coaches in identifying their strengths and realizing their goals.

Barbara is active in the International Coach Federation where she’s been a speaker, certification evaluator, and annual conference Bookstore Chair for 5 years. She is a conference co-chair for the upcoming 2006 ICF conference in St. Louis. She also serves on the steering committee for the St. Louis Coaches group. Barbara is Director of Training for the ADD Coach Academy, where she has developed over 100 hours of coach training curriculum. A Professional Mentor Coach, Barbara is the author of The Heartful Business Plan, a workbook developed from mentoring over 100 coaches in their business building.
