Robyn Logan - Strategy Director and Founder |
Robyn Logan is the Founding Director of International Coach Academy (ICA). She has a Masters of Education (online learning) and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Change Management. She is currently the ICA Strategy Director, responsible for strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives and IT development. Prior to founding ICA, Robyn spent more than ten years in education and training in both teaching and leadership roles including managing a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). She later founded and operated a successful multimedia and business planning consultancy (Logan Strategic). Sally has her beginnings in the hospitality industry. After graduating from one of Melbourne's premiere Hospitality schools she went on to hold a range of management positions in 5 star hotels. Although no longer in hospitality and catering, the industry left her with exceptional standards and expectations when it comes to customer service. Consequently ICA is proud to be one of the world's best at student support and follow up Sally now heads up Operations and is responsible for making sure that everything works as it should, when it should, 24 hours a day. Kurt Stewart - International Development |
Originally from California, Kurt has spent over 25 years living and working abroad in Europe as a trainer and educator. Before joining ICA, Kurt worked as a consultant in Paris where he designed language training programs for French and multinational companies such as Électricité de France and Coca-Cola. Later he moved to Portugal to start his own successful business, Eurythmia Internacional, a language training company. He lectures in communication and writing at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa where he also established and directed his department?s Erasmus program for international exchange. Kurt is a recent graduate of ICA and specializes in presentation and public speaking coaching for executives using English as their second language. In his role as ICA?s project manager for International Development, Kurt is dedicated to bringing ICA training into local markets across the globe. | |

Jim’s approach to executive and leadership development coaching is informed by over 25 years experience in corporate human resources development including leadership roles in management assessment, succession planning, leadership training, organization development and executive career management. Jim's passion is in coaching individuals to proactively learn from job challenges in real time as a key developmental strategy for improving performance; and he brings particular strengths in coaching around the emotional intelligence issues of leadership development. Originally coming from an art and design education background with a major in sculpture, Laurene has melded a career of practicing artist, small business owner, workplace trainer, designer and educator in Australia and Japan. In 2004 Laurene completed her doctoral research into the experience of creative practice. Since 1995 she has been a lecturer and research supervisor at RMIT University in Melbourne and Australia working with students on creative and workplace change projects. As a Coach since 2001, Isabelle King, CPCC, works mainly with educators (parents, teachers, Principals), and mompreneurs (women who are also moms) looking at making the leap from employed to self employed.
