The first Asia Pacific Coaching Conference occured this week in Singapore. I was a speaker at the conference.  Around 90 of us got together in one of the sessions to discuss reframing perspectives. It was great fun to talk to so many coaches and people using a coach approach. We discussed a number of tools to use to see other perspectives. I said I would post here to continue our conversation. So to get us started I am going to list several coaching questions that the trainers use at ICA to support their clients and the students, in seeing another perspective.

ICA had a get together for the first time in Singapore this week. Over 30 students, graduates, people interesting in becoming a coach and friends had fun getting to know each other. ICA Learning Leader, Felicia Lauw, front row far right, organised the event. Felicia is the assessor and a Learning Leader for ICA's chinese coach training program. It is the only ICF accredited chinese program in the world. ICA CEO Bronwyn Bowery-Ireland is 4th in from the right, back row, wearing glasses. Everyone had a great night in Singapore.
